Power Washing Paths, Red Lion Court, Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Red Lion Court in Hatfield, Hertfordshire is a lovely development of flats & houses built around 2007. Their property management company contacted me for a quote to clean all the paths on the development, which hadn’t been cleaned since they were originally laid 15 years ago! To say they were dirty is an understatement.
I spent a whole week working diligently on the paths, soaking a bit at a time with cleaning fluid, before attempting to wash them. Power washing alone was not enough as the area is surrounded by lots of trees, which gives a lovely outlook, but also causes extra black spot, algae and leaf debris problems for paths. The combination of good quality path cleaner, a bit of soaking, a good bit of scrubbing followed by jet washing brought the paths back to looking almost new! I get a real sense of pride when a job like this makes residents wonder at how beautiful their paths can look.
