Commercial Cleaning Hatfield, Herts
I was pleased to be asked to offer some extra commercial cleaning services to this client of mine in Hatfield. I regularly clean the communal windows in the three apartment blocks & houses at Red Lion Court.
The job was to clean all the soffits and fascias, the gutters, plus jet washing all the paving. This was quite a large commercial cleaning job, which would take me nearly two days to complete.
The client had been very happy with the transformation of the paving last time I cleaned them, approximately two years ago. He decided it was time to spruce them up again, which I was happy to complete. It was a much easier task than removing the 15 years’ worth of dirt that I’d faced last time!
However, the soffits and fascia proved more problematic as they were really dirty and black in places. I don’t think they’d been cleaned properly for a very long time. But my trusty cleaning products and a good bit of elbow grease soon had them sparkling.
The gutter cleaning also took a while, using my gutter cleaning vacuum. I use an onboard camera to take before and after photos to show how much dirt, moss, leaves and more have been found in them, and how clean they are after I’ve finished the job. This is a bonus that all clients love, as some have been caught out before with “gutter cleaning cowboys” who have only done half the job!
I was pleased with the finished result, improving the aesthetic of the whole area and knowing the gutters were fit for purpose for at least another year.
